What is VOME Studio?
VOME Studio is a Ghanaian creative production and digital agency founded in 2020 by Joshua Cleopas. We specialise in brand identity design, documentary filmmaking, photography, digital campaigns, and AI education for purpose-driven brands. We are headquartered in Accra, Ghana, and have produced work for more than 50 brands and institutions across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

Does VOME do brand identity design from scratch?
Yes. VOME Studio builds complete brand identity systems including brand strategy, positioning, naming, logo design, typography, colour systems, brand guidelines, and applied collateral. We start with strategy and meaning before we ever touch the logo.

Does VOME produce documentaries?
Yes. Documentary filmmaking is one of VOME Studio's flagship offerings. We have produced more than 100 documentary and commercial video productions since 2020, including projects for Emirates SkyCargo across Ghana and Nairobi, the Newmont Gold Mine 10th Anniversary Documentary, and several documentaries for pharmaceutical, Education, Finance etc.
We handle concept, pre-production, filming, post-production, sound, and final delivery.

Does VOME offer AI training for businesses?
Yes. VOME Studio runs custom AI education programs for executives, creative teams, and institutions. Joshua Cleopas, our founder, is one of 35 Adobe AI VIP Community Members globally and the only African representative. We train on practical tools including Adobe Firefly, Photoshop's AI features, Adobe Express, Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling, and DaVinci Resolve. Programs range from half-day executive briefings to multi-week embedded engagements.

Does VOME work as a white-label production partner for other agencies?
Yes. VOME Studio subcontracts for agencies and production companies regularly. When we do, all deliverables carry the commissioning agency's brand only, with no VOME references.

Who is VOME's AI training for?
How long does a typical VOME project take?
Project timelines depend on scope, but typical ranges are:
1. Brand identity systems: 6 to 10 weeks
2. Documentary films: 8 to 16 weeks
3. Commercial productions: 4 to 8 weeks
4. Photography campaigns: 2 to 4 weeks
5. Social media strategy and rollout: 4 to 6 weeks
6.AI training programs: 2 to 6 weeks depending on cohort size
Rush deliveries are possible with a 30 percent surcharge, confirmed upfront.

Does VOME work with international clients?
Yes. Approximately half of VOME Studio's work is for international clients. We have produced campaigns and documentaries across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, and we collaborate remotely using Notion, Frame.io, Google Meet, and shared cloud workflows.

Can VOME take on small projects?

Joshua Cleopas, founder of VOME Studio, is one of 35 Adobe AI VIP Community Members globally and the only African representative in the group. He has presented his AI workflow to more than 70 teams across Adobe with over 200 viewers, was invited to Adobe MAX and the AI VIP Community Summit in Los Angeles in October 2025, and personally advocated for making Adobe tools officially purchasable in Ghana for the first time in Adobe's history.
